The Northern Side of Portions of Aberdeen Street in the City of Christchurch Exempted From the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928
ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 29th day of July 1964
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the 22nd day of April 1964, and set out in the First Schedule hereto in so far as it affects the side of portions of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
The Christchurch City Council being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, shall not apply to the north side of the portions of Aberdeen Street adjoining parts Town Reserve 52, being part of the land in certificates of title, Volume 373, folio 43 Ltd., and Volume 270, folio 196, adjoining part Lot 1, D.P. 8287, being part Town Reserve 163, being part of the land in certificates of title, Volume 371, folio 294, and adjoining parts Town Reserve 163, being part of the land in certificates of title, Volume 121, folio 125, and Volume 138, folio 48, Canterbury Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
