Declaring Land Held for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 4th day of October 1963.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 19th day of March 1962, published in Gazette, 29 March 1962, Vol. I, at page 519, and registered as No. 524363, Wellington Land Registry, declaring land Crown land, in so far as it affects Lot 245, D.P. 15785, and also hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 7th day of September 1960.
