PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining easements created by Conveyances 2881F (F2/786) and 250026 (R262/490), and subject also as to the land secondly described in the said Schedule, to the mining easement created by Lease 143598 (R63/187) South Auckland Land Registry for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 20th day of July 1964.
