State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Land Taken for the Hamilton Eastern By-pass Motorway in Block II, Hamilton Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Hamilton Eastern By-pass Motorway.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, described as follows:

10 2 10 Part Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, and 13, D.P. S. 7724, being part Allotments 77, 58A, and 78B, Te Rapa Parish; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 21·9 Part Lot 11, D.P. S. 7724, being part Allotment 78B, Te Rapa Parish; coloured sepia on plan.
6 3 39·1 Part Lots 11, 8, 9, and 10, D.P. S. 7724, being part Allotments 78B, 79B, 79C, 80, and 73, and Allotments 216, 401, and 402, Te Rapa Parish; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18598 (S.O. 42407) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the North Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

SECTIONS 10 and 11, Village of Mamari, situated in Block II, Whangape Survey District: Area, 6 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 1548B).

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

2 2 38 Part reclaimed land; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 34 Part bed of Waiwhetu Stream; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18578 (S.O. 25699) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
