Reappointment of Member of New Zealand Dairy Production and Marketing Board
PURSUANT to section 3 (2) (c) of the Dairy Production and Marketing Board Act 1961, the Board has received advice from the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd., that Francis Leo Onion, Te Kowhai R.D., Frankton Junction, has been reappointed for a further term of office of four years from 1 September 1964, as a member of the New Zealand Dairy Production and Marketing Board.

Limited Speed Zones Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

SITUATED within Southland County at Tokanui:
No. 92 State Highway (Balclutha-Invercargill) (from a point 4 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the Tokanui-Haldane road to a point 35 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from McEwan Street).

McEwan Street (from the No. 92 State Highway (Balclutha-Invercargill) to the Government railway crossing).
Tokanui-Haldane road (from the No. 92 State Highway (Balclutha-Invercargill) to a point 19 chains measured southerly generally along the said road from the said State highway).

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940,* the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940* to the persons described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise them, while they are under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Approval of Testing Officer Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940,* the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the person named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being a testing officer under the said regulations for the authority specified in column 1 of the said Schedule.

Declaration That Private Land be a Private Historic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the private land described in the Schedule hereto to be a private historic reserve under Part V of the said Act, subject to the provisions of the agreement dated 3 June 1964, and deposited in the Head Office Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, as Marlborough Deed No. 365.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area of land situated in Blocks XII, XIII, and XVI, Patriarch Survey District, containing 626 acres, more or less, being Section 7, Block XII, Patriarch Survey District, and part Lot 4, D.P. 475, being part Duppa's Grant, Wairau Valley Registration District, the said land being bounded by a line commencing on the right bank of the Branch River at the westernmost corner of section 2, Block XVI, Patriarch Survey District and proceeding north-easterly along the north-west boundary of the said Section 2, and its production to the western boundary of Section 3 of the said Block XVI; thence continuing north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Section 3, Block XVI, and Section 1, Block XIII for a distance of approximately 98 chains to the north-western corner of the said Section 1; thence along a line bearing 014Β° True for a distance of approximately 50 chains to the south side of State Highway No. 63; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern side of the said Highway to the right bank of the Branch River in Block XII, Patriarch Survey District; thence south-easterly along the said right bank to the point of commencement, being part of the land in certificates of title, Volume 58, folio 1, and Volume 48, folio 261. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 4/1284, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Colac Bay Public Hall Site
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a public hall, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Colac Bay Public Hall Site, to be administered as a hall site by the Colac Bay Public Hall Board.
