Declaring Land Taken for a Police Station in the City of Rotorua

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station from and after the 3rd day of February 1964.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject as to Part to Certain Rights, and Revoking Previous Notice as to Part

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 18th day of November 1960, published in Gazette, 24 November 1960, Vol. III, page 1852, and registered as No. 481638, Wellington Land Registry, declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, subject as to part to certain rights, in so far as it affects the land first and thirdly described in the Schedule thereto; and, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 12th day of July 1960, subject as to Lot 6, D.P. 24655, to the building-line condition imposed by K. 32640 and to the storm-water and other drainage rights created by transfer 391094, Wellington Land Registry.
