EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 525, folio 118, Wellington Registry, in the name of Anthony John Prior Spoors, of Wellington, accountant, for 1 rood, more or less, situate in the City of Lower Hutt, being part of Section 53 of the Hutt District and being also part of Lot 34, D.P. 2162, and application 595579 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of mortgage 487549 whereof Freda Louise Phelps, of Raumati Beach, widow, is mortgagee, affecting 1 rood 27·76 perches, more or less, being part of Section 51, Porirua District, being part Lott 3, D.P. 8677, being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 592, folio 128, Wellington Registry, and evidence having also been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the above-mentioned certificate of title in the names of David Arthur Herd, of Wellington, company manager, and Maribel Agnes Herd, his wife, as joint tenants under the Joint Family Homes Act 1950 and application 595646 having been made to me to register a discharge of the said mortgage and to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title. I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said mortgage under section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to register such discharge and to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 184, folio 259 (Southland Registry), for 1 rood, more or less, being Section 63, Block IX, Town of Manapouri, in the name of Samuel Farquhar Robertson, of Waikoikoi, farmer, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu hereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
