Tariff Notice No. 1964/41—Applications for Variation of Approvals

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made for variation of a current approval of the Minister of Customs as follows:

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of this application should do so in writing on or before 16 July 1964. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, and supported by information as to:

(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportions of New Zealand and imported materials used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.

Tariff Notice No. 1964/36 dated 11 June 1964:

Application No. 3029 under Tariff Item 655·610·1 for “Fishing lines . . . Twisted . . . ½ in. circumference and over” is cancelled.
