Land Taken for Pleasure Grounds in the City of Nelson

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for pleasure grounds and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1964.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 9·7 perches situated in the City of Nelson, Nelson R.D., being part D.P. 1473, being part Section 148, Maori Reserve. All certificate of title, Volume 88, folio 143, Nelson Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1964.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street, that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water-supply purposes, and that the land described in the said Schedules shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1964.
