Appointing a Member of the National Roads Board

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the 16th day of April 1963, published in Gazette, 18 April 1963, No. 23, page 523, Neill Aylmer Rattray, Esquire, M.B.E., of Waimate, farmer, being the nominee of the New Zealand Counties Association Incorporated, was appointed to be a member of the National Roads Board as from 13 April 1963:
And whereas the said Neill Aylmer Rattray is now deceased:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the National Roads Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints William Baird, Esquire, of Dipton, retired farmer, being the nominee of the New Zealand Counties Association Incorporated to be a member of the National Roads Board for the residue of the term for which the said Neill Aylmer Rattray was appointed.

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Cook County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block I, Waimata Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through

all being parts Makauri 35A Block.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Papatoetoe Borough Council.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Papatoetoe, North Auckland R.D., commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 59, D.P. 45167, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 65 links; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18521 (S.O. 44338) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
