THE liquidator of P.P.L. Buildings Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 7th day of July 1964 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that on 9 June 1964, by entry in the minute book pursuant to section 362 (1) of the Companies Act, 1955, it was resolved as an extraordinary resolution that, by reason of the company's liabilities, it cannot continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the office of Cook Craig, and Co., South British Building, 326 Lambton Quay, Wellington, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, on Friday, 19 June 1964, at 2.30 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

(in liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting and meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Grayburn, Ross, and Partners, Bridge Street, Tokoroa, on Monday, the 6th day of July 1964, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
"That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be held for three years by the liquidator."

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the House of Leverre (1962) Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 12th day of June 1964, presented to the said Court by Plain Fabrics Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office in the T. and G. Building, corner of Elliott and Wellesley Streets, Auckland, and carrying on business there and elsewhere as wholesaler specialists in embroideries, laces, nets, and dress fabrics; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Friday the 26th day of June 1964 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
