Authorisation of 1964 New Zealand Industries Fair and the National Food Fair

PURSUANT to the Exhibitions Act 1910, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives notice as follows:

1. In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires,—

“The Act” means the Exhibitions Act 1910:

“The promoter” means the Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association (Incorporated).

“The exhibition” means a public exhibition of works of industry and art to be conducted by the promoter at the Canterbury Court Showgrounds, Addington, Christchurch, from the 20th day of August 1964 until the 5th day of September 1964 (both days inclusive) and to be known as the 1964 New Zealand Industries Fair and the National Food Fair.
