CORRIGENDUM

RELATIVE to a notice on page 702 of the Gazette, No. 24, of 23 April 1964, of an officer authorised to take and receive statutory declarations, for “Trust Officer, Public Trust Office, Takapuna” read “Senior Estates Clerk, Public Trust Office, Takapuna”.

CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice dated the 6th day of April 1964 and published in the Gazette of 30 April 1964, No. 26, page 752, declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, subject as to parts to building-line restrictions, and situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., for the area of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 9 perches and described as Lots 375 and 379, read Lots 375 to 379 (inclusive), which last-mentioned description appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Dated at Wellington this 20th day of May 1964.

Declaring Land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

SECTION 6, Block I, Moeangiangi Survey District. Area, 2 acres, more or less.

A PROCLAMATION
