Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Licensing the Rodney County Council to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea in Martin’s Bay as a Site for a Fence
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Rodney County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Martin’s Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11560 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a fence thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The fence shall be erected from 1 April to 30 November of each year.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1964.

The annual rental payable by the licensee shall be 1s. payable on demand.

Licensing the Westland County Council to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Okarito as a Site for a Wharf and Shed
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Westland County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Okarito, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11795 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf and shed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Akaroa County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Akaroa Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9028 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Buckland’s Beach Yacht Club (Inc.) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Buckland’s Beach, Auckland, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11789 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of a temporary hauling out area as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be for one year from the first day of June 1964.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable one pound ten shillings (£1 10s. 0d.).
