Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Scenic Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Te Mahia Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for sounds foreshore purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Te Mahia Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Kenepuru and Pelorus Sound Reserves Board.
