to be Harbourmaster in respect of the waters fronting the Maraetai County Town, Auckland.

Road Excluded From Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
- That the road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

Roads Excluded From Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zones Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
-
That so much of the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 21st day of December 1936,* as relates to Oldfield Road in Waihi Borough, and the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956†, dated the 14th day of April 1958‡, which relates to Waihi Borough are hereby revoked.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.

SITUATED within Waihi Borough:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) (from the south-western boundary of Waihi Borough to the bridge over the Mangatoetoe Stream).
No. 25 State Highway (Pipiroa-Waihi via Coromandel) (from the northern boundary of Waihi Borough to a point 2 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from Barry Road).
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waihi Borough:

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 8th day of July 1952,* which relates to Sunshine Settlement in Taumarunui County, formerly Kaitieke County, and the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 10th day of September 1952† which relates to roads in Taumarunui Borough formerly in Taumarunui County are hereby revoked.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

No. 4 State Highway (Te Kuiti-Wanganui via Raetihi) (from the western boundary of Taumarunui Borough to a point 8 chains measured north-westerly generally along the said State highway from the bridge over the Ongarue River; and from the eastern boundary of Taumarunui Borough to Bell Road).
Golf Road (from the northern boundary of Taumarunui Borough to Taringamotu Road).
Lairdvale Road (from the northern boundary of Taumarunui Borough to a point 54 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said road from the said boundary).

SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Taumarunui County adjacent to Taumarunui Borough:
Hikimutu Road (from the southern boundary of Taumarunui Borough to a point 26 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said road from the said boundary).

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940,* the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940* to the persons described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise them, while they are under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
