PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
