A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 29th day of February 1964, published in Gazette, 12 March 1964, No. 15, at page 452, and registered as No. 588261, Wellington Land Registry, proclaiming land as street in the Borough of Porirua, in so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 35·19 perches situated in the Borough of Porirua, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 65, D.P. 7626, being part Section 186, Porirua District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6477 (S.O. 25076) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Porirua, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
