Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940,* the
Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the
provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations
so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors
shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in
lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
... A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1940* to the persons described in column 1 of
the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy
trade motor in the course of their employment for the
employers described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but
shall not authorise them, while they are under the age of
18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

The Customs Import Licensing Order (No. 1) 1964
THE Minister of Customs hereby gives notice that the following classes of goods are approved for admission under licences issued for
importation under Item Code 84.02 "Clothing and other articles of Tariff Groups 841 and 893, including articles of man-made
plastics of kinds and sizes as may be approved by the Minister, suited for wear by babies and young infants".
This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1964.
The Customs Import Licensing Notice (No. 1) 1963 is hereby revoked with effect from the 1st day of July 1964.

*Length to be measured from point where shoulder joins neck to lowest point on the hem of the garment at the back. Maximum turn-up
not to exceed 3 in.

Declaration That Part of the Waipawa Domain Shall be a
Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over
the Said Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Waipawa
Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be
subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation
reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and, further, revokes
the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
