of Waiau Wood Products Ltd., notice is hereby given that at
a meeting of the above-named company, held on the 20th
day of April 1964, the following resolution was passed,
namely:

"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities con-
tinue in business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that
accordingly the company be wound up."

APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue
a new certificate of title in lieu of original certificates Nos.
35237 and 41580, issued in the name of Thomas James
O'Hagen of 7 Brunswick Lane, Auckland, and the said
Thomas James O'Hagen has made a statutory declaration
that the original certificate of title to the said stock has been
lost.

Notice is hereby given that unless, within 30 days from
the date hereof, there is made to the company some claim or
representation in respect of the said original certificate a
new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand No. M. 153/64
Northern Judicial District
(Auckland Registry)

In the matter of Hall Construction Co. Ltd., a duly in-
corporated company having its registered office at Auckland
and carrying on business there as a builder and contractor,
notice is hereby given that a petition for an order that the
said company be wound up by the Court or in lieu of wind-
ing up that such other order under section 209 of the Com-
panies Act 1955 as shall be just should be made or for such
other order as shall be just was presented to the Supreme
Court on the 17th day of April 1964 by Albert Winder,
of Te Rapa, retired trainer, a minority shareholder of the
said company; and that the said petition is directed to be
heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 29th
day of May 1964 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or con-
tributory of the said company may appear at the time of
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and
a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned
to any creditor or contributory of the said company re-
quiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the
same.
