Board Appointed to the Oamaru Harbour Board Appeal Board

Pursuant to section 45 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been
pleased to appoint

James Benjamin Gilder

to be a member of the Appeal Board set up in connection
with an appeal by Robert Lonsdale Galloway against the
decision of the Oamaru Harbour Board in dismissing him
from the Board's service.
