Land in the Nelson Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY

SECTIONS 98A and 102 and part Section 98, Upper Motueka District, and Sections 12 and 23, situated in Block XIII, Wangapeka Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 387 acres 1 rood 36 perches, more or less. All certificates of title, Volume 72, folio 68; Volume 19, folio 99; and Volume 27, folio 257. As shown on plan No. 102/49 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Dated at Wellington this 23rd day of April 1964.

LOTS 1 and 2, D.P. 10678, being part Sections 32, 2 of 30, and 1 of 30, Block II, Maungatua Survey District, and part Sections 30 and 32, Block VII, Clarendon Survey District, Bruce County: Area, 163 acres and 17 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 215/36 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
