As the said area is shown on the plan marked S.H.D. 8 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in red, and on the plan marked S.H.D. 378, deposited as aforesaid, and thereon outlined in red, but excluding therefrom the areas shown coloured green on the plans marked N.Z.E.D. 562 and N.Z.E.D. 594, deposited as aforesaid.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY SECTION 6, Block II, Kumeu Survey District, Waitemata County: Area, 1 rood 22 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 16/22 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 41385).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of April 1964.

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT-NELSON CONSERVANCY PART Section 21 and Section 22, Block X, Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County: Area: 350 acres and 25Β·8 perches, more or less. Comprised in certificate of title, Volume 20, folio 122. As shown on plan No. 103/47 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of April 1964.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of April 1964.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of land containing 12 acres and 35 perches situated in Block V, Ahipara Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being Waipapa Block. All certificate of title, Volume 3, folio 64 (North Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of April 1964.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the rights of way created by conveyance No. 183042 (R 133/30) and granted by deed of grant No. 231287 (R 222/514), for municipal buildings and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Albert as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of April 1964.
