NORTH AUCKLAND ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the North Auckland Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of one hundred thousand pounds (£100,000) authorised to be raised by the North Auckland Electric Power Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purposes of extending and strengthening the Board’s transmission system and substations, the said North Auckland Electric Power Board hereby makes a special rate of decimal two nought five pence (0·205d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the North Auckland Electric Power District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Titirangi Road Improvement Loan 1963, £10,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the loan £10,000 authorised to be raised by the Waitemata County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of improvements to the Titirangi Road, together with all costs incidental thereto, the Waitemata County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·314d. in the pound (£) on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property within the Titirangi County Town; and further resolves that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Waitemata County Council on 24 March 1964.

HOBSON COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rural Housing Loan 1964, £12,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hobson County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £12,000 authorised to be raised by the Hobson County Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the Hobson County Council hereby makes a special rate of one sixth of a penny in the pound (⅙d. in the £) on the unimproved value of all rateable land in the County of Hobson; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 15th day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully repaid.”
I certify that the above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Hobson County Council held on the 8th day of April 1964.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Tauwhare Quarry Access Roads Loan 1964, £20,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waikato County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £20,000 authorised to be raised by the Waikato County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of strengthening and sealing Platts Road and parts of Narrows-Tauwhare road and Scotsmans Valley Road, the said Waikato County Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought two seven one of a penny (0·0271d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable property comprising the whole of the County of Waikato; and that the rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage Renewal Loan 1964, £25,800
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of twenty-five thousand eight hundred pounds (£25,800) authorised to be raised by the Levin Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity the balance of the Sewerage Loan No. 5, 1954, (£36,200) which matures on 1 June 1964, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of ninety-nine four-hundredths of a penny (99/400d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Levin; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, to erect a municipal building in the City of Auckland, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, Auckland, and it is open for public inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Auckland.

4·5 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 47, Section 28, Town of Auckland, being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 750, folio 19, North Auckland Registry (limited as to parcels), situated at 65 Grey Street, Auckland.

NOTICE
INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR HOUSING
The Onehunga Borough Council, pursuant to Part XXIV of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, will purchase or take or otherwise acquire, under the Public Works Act 1928, the area or areas of land within the Borough of Onehunga described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes and will erect thereon houses and/or convert into, enlarge, repair, alter, and improve any buildings thereon, and will fit up, furnish, and supply the same or any of them respectively, with all requisite furniture, fittings, and conveniences to provide tenancies or occupancies for elderly persons; and to further take notice that all persons affected are called upon to set forth in writing, if they should wish so to do, any objections they may have to the execution of such works or the taking of such lands and send such written objections to the Onehunga Borough Council, Onehunga Council Chambers, Queen Street, Onehunga, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice; and also take notice that a plan showing the lands to be taken together with the names of the owners and occupiers thereof is deposited at Onehunga Council Chambers, Queen Street, Onehunga, and open for inspection during ordinary office hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- All that portion of land containing 24·8 perches, more or less, and being part Allotment 8, Section 37, Village of Onehunga, more particularly delineated and coloured yellow on Survey Office Plan No. 44432, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 590, folio 102 (North Auckland Land Registry), being the rear portion of the property situated at 855 Manukau Road.
