Land Taken for Road in Block XIII, Mangakahia Survey District, Hobson County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1964.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Mangakahia Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 31·2 Part Te Karaka Block; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 1·8 Part Tangowahine Stream bed; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
0 0 1·7 Part Tangowahine Stream bed; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.
0 0 15·1 Part Te Karaka Block; coloured sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18259 (S.O. 41191) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of March 1964.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of April 1964.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Mata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

0 0 17·5} Parts Lot 3, D.P. 3300, being parts Section 1;
0 1 33·2} coloured blue on plan.
0 3 6·1 Part Pahiitaua A 1A 2 Block; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 25·9 Part Pahiitaua A 1A 2 Block; coloured blue on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 4·1 perches situated in Block VII, Mata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Pahiitaua A 1A 2 Block; edged blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7572 (S.O. 5404) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of March 1964.
