Notice is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a post office and an automatic telephone exchange; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Russell and is there open for inspection, and that every person affected by the taking of the land should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such works or to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
