NOTES—1. Questions on the Code of Ethics of the Institute
may be included in any of the three papers.
2. Fifty per cent of the total marks allotted to each paper
will entitle candidates to pass in that paper.
3. The Examination will be held in November of each
year. Entry forms may be obtained from Branch Secretaries
of the Institute or the Dominion Secretary, and entries must
be lodged not later than 30 June.
4. Candidates may enter for all three papers or any one of
them.

Lieutenant Graham Lester Willis resigns his commission.

1st Locating Battery, RNZA
Captain Graham Douglas Brown is posted to the Retired
List. Dated 2 December 1963.

Major K. C. Fenton, B.E.(CIV.), A.M.N.Z.I.E., relinquishes
the appointment of C.R.E. and C.O., 1st Field Engineer
Regiment, RNZE. Dated 1 February 1964.

1st Commander Royal Engineers, Works, RNZE
Major G. W. Butcher, M.C., B.E.(CIV.), from the 1st Field
Engineer Regiment, RNZE, to be Major with seniority from
19 March 1962, and is appointed Commander, RNZE. Dated
1 February 1964.

Captain Rohan Charles Naldrett-Jays is transferred to the

The notice published in the Gazette, 16 January 1964, No.
1, page 8, relating to Lieutenant J. A. Sargent is cancelled
and the following substituted:
"Lieutenant J. A. Sargent, lately seconded to the Fiji
Military Forces, is posted to the Retired List. Dated
2 December 1963."

Major J. F. Moodie, M.C., E.D., M.B., CH.B., M.R.C.P.(EDIN.),
having reached retiring age for rank, is transferred to the
Supernumerary List. Dated 14 January 1964.
Captain and Quartermaster George Hunter Watson is trans-
ferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal N.Z.
Army Medical Corps, in the rank of Captain and Quarter-
master. Dated 28 February 1964.
Captain and Quartermaster Patrick Raymond Moore is

Charge Sister (temp. Matron) M. E. Traill is seconded to
