State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing lands, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

SECTION 6, Block I, Piako Survey District, Waikato County: Area, 15 acres 3 roods 14·2 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 25/41 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 41582).

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY

SECTION 7 (formerly closed road), Block VII, Upper Waitara Survey District, Clifton County: Area, 74 acres and 30 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 60/14 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 9281).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of March 1964.
