NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to take for road the portions of land described in the First
Schedule hereto and to stop the portions of road described
in the Second Schedule hereto.
A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken and
of the portions of road proposed to be stopped is open for
public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council,
Great South Road, Ngaruawahia, during 40 days from the
date of the first publication of this notice. All persons
objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in
writing at the office of the Council on or before the 17th day
of April 1964.

MURUPARA BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the
Murupara Borough Council proposes, under the provisions
of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public
work, namely, the construction of a street in the Borough of
Murupara; and for the purposes of such public work the
lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be
taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the
lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office
of the Town Clerk to the said Council, situate in the Civic
Square, Pine Drive Murupara, and is open for inspection,
without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such lands who have any well
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections
in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at his said office.
AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Changes to the City of Auckland District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned
changes to the district scheme under the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953 for the City of Auckland were approved by
the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on 2
March 1964.
The Council has also resolved that the under-mentioned
changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on
11 March 1964.
Copies of the scheme changes, as approved, have been
deposited in the Council's office and in every public library
in the district, and may be inspected without fee by any
person who so requires at any time when these places are
open to the public.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Change of City of Auckland District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Council made on 2 March 1964, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect
of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.
The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended
by the Council, have been deposited in the Town Hall (Town
Planning Division), the Central Library, and each of the
branch libraries, namely, Avondale, Epsom, Grafton, Grey
Lynn, Parnell, Point Chevalier, Remuera, Glen Innes, Tamaki,
and Leys Institute, for inspection by all persons interested
therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are
open to the public.
Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme
may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed
in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning
Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked "Objection to
Scheme Change" and lodged at the office of the Council at
any time not later than 23 April 1964. An appropriate form
for use by objectors is available from the Town Hall or from
the libraries.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any
objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of
objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a
period of which public notice will be given.
