Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Avondale-Rosebank Section of the Avondale-Pollen Island Railway in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale-Rosebank section of the Avondale-Pollen Island Railway from and after the 9th day of March 1964.

Declaration That Part of a Reserve Shall no Longer be Subject to the Provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Part of the Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the reserve for scenic purposes described in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to the provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, and further, revokes the reservation as a reserve for scenic purposes over the said part of the reserve.
