Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of
the Rosebank Section of the Avondale - Pollen Island
Railway in Block III, Titirangi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day
of February 1952 and published in the Gazette of that year
at page 200, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Auckland as No. 13445, in so far as it affects that portion
of Lot 1, D.P. 399, being the balance of the land in C.T.
89/296, Auckland Registry, being part Allotment 5, Titirangi
Parish.
Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, City of
Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 28th day of February 1964.

Declaring Lands in North Auckland and Marlborough Land
Districts Vested in the Auckland and Wellington Education
Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her
Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, and
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an
area vested in the Wellington Education Board, as sites for
public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Allotment 209, Mareretu Parish, situated in Block VIII,
Matakoehe Survey District: Area, 5 acres 1 rood 29 perches,
more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 410, folio 297.
As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1054B deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Well-
ington, and thereon edged red (S.O. 22025¹).

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Declaring Land in the
Gisborne - East Coast Acclimatisation District as a Wildlife
Refuge
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard
Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of Decem-
ber 1956, and published in Gazette, 10 January 1957, No. 1,
page 10, proclaiming and declaring land in the Gisborne-
East Coast Acclimatisation District (now Rotorua Acclimatisa-
tion District) to be a wildlife refuge for the purpose of the
said Wildlife Act 1953 in so far as it affects the land described
in the Schedule hereto, and I hereby further declare that the
restrictions as to the use of boats in the said Proclamation are
hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area comprising Puninga 3B 1, Parts Puninga 3A 2
and 3B 2, Parts Maraetaha No. 2C and Section 3, No. 2
Blocks, Lot 1, D.P. 3892, and Section 3R, Block VII, Nuhaka
North Survey District, containing 516 acres and 23·8 perches,
being Gisborne City Waterworks Reserve.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 26th day of February 1964.
