Pursuant to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that, by means of an entry in the company's minute book signed by all shareholders on the 18th day of December 1963, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed:

“1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

“2. That Mr Albert A. Jarvie, of Auckland, public accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

“3. That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be fixed at the rate of charges by public accountants in Auckland for accountancy work.”
