Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes from and after the 20th day of January 1964.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Board of the Wellington Methodist Charitable and Educational Endowments by Eric Vernon Dawson, of Wellington, architect, and Patricia Geraldine Dawson, his wife, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 26114, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a university from and after the 20th day of January 1964.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, subject to the mining easement appurtenant to the coal, fireclay, and other minerals in certificates of title, Volume 544, folios 17 and 18, created by conveyances 2881F (F. 2786) and 250026 (R. 262490) from and after the 20th day of January 1964.
