Appointing Members of the Engineering Associates Registration Board

PURSUANT to the Engineering Associates Act 1961, the Minister of Works hereby—

(i) Declares that the said Act shall apply to—

The New Zealand Institute of Heating and Ventilating Engineers, Incorporated;
The Gas Institute of New Zealand, Incorporated;
The Society of Licensed Aircraft Engineers, New Zealand, Incorporated; and
The New Zealand Institute of Plant Engineers, Incorporated;

(ii) Cancels the appointment as member and deputy member respectively of the Engineering Associates Registration Board of Norman John Cooper, Esquire, and Alexander William Blair, Esquire, as published in the Gazette of 1 November 1962 at page 1885; and

(iii) Appoints Alexander William Blair, Esquire, of Lyndhurst Road, Tawa, to be a member of the Engineering Associates Registration Board on the nomination of the Institution of Automotive and Aeronautical Engineers, Incorporated, and Mark Geard, Esquire, of 51 Penrose Street, Lower Hutt, to be the deputy of the said Alexander William Blair, on the said Board.
