Land Taken for a Service Lane in the City of Palmerston North

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1963.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7011 (S.O. 25356) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Additional Land Taken for a Maori School in Block II, Waiaua Survey District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1963.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Waiaua Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Timaru as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1963.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 12·5 perches situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 1297; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6987 (S.O. 9907) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of January 1963.
