Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for an Electric Substation in the Borough of Blenheim

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electric substation and shall vest in the Marlborough Electric Power Board, and that an easement as to light is hereby taken for an electric substation over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the said Board the easement user or right of deriving, having, and obtaining light from time to time and at all times hereafter from, over, and by means of the said land described in the said Second Schedule, such easement to be appurtenant to the said land described in the said First Schedule, from and after the 16th day of December 1963.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., described as follows:

All that piece of land containing 0·15 of a perch situated in the Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., being part land on D.P. 453, being part Allotment 104, Section 1, Omaka Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 8832 (S.O. 4600) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
