Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 8th day of November 1962.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Tauranga and is there open for inspection; and that every person affected by the taking of the land should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such works or to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Declaration That the Fleming Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Westland County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Fleming Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Westland, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Declaring Lands to be Held by the Oamaru Borough Council for Endowment Purposes

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1962, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes all trusts heretofore affecting the lands described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto, and further declares the said lands to be held by the Corporation of the Borough of Oamaru as endowment land for the general purposes of the Corporation.
