ERRATUM
IN an Order in Council published in the Gazette, 21 November
1963, No. 75, page 1863, consenting to raising of loans by
certain local authorities, for the words "The Right Hon. Keith
Holyoake, C.H., Presiding in Council" read "His Excellency
the Governor-General in Council".
CORRIGENDUM
In a notice dated 30 October 1963 and published in Gazette,
7 November 1963, No. 73, page 1798, declaring Crown Land
or State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the
Maori Housing Act 1935, in the Second Schedule for "D.P.
24168" read "D.P. 21468".

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to
the Land Act 1948.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation
(subdivision, development, and regrouping) (Tangimoana farm
settlement); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the proper
development or use of the said land for commercial purposes,
in accordance with the Whangarei Borough Council's Operative
District Scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act
1953, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 2nd day of December 1963.
