Volume 61, folio 186 (Hawke’s Bay Registry), containing 1 rood 16·3 perches, more or less, situate in Block III of the Clive Survey District, being Lots 1 and 61 on Deeds Plan 511, which said parcel of land comprises parts of Suburban Sections 44 and 48, Clive, in the name of the Haumoana Beach Improvement Society Incorporated, having been lodged with me together with an application (K. 182790) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
