Declaring Crown Land Taken for a County Depot Site in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a county depot site and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata from and after the 25th day of November 1963.
