to be a member of the Dairy Cattle Breeding Committee for a term of five years.

Certified Institutions Under Reformatory Institutions Act 1909
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Reformatory Institutions Act 1909, His Excellency the Governor-General is pleased to certify the land described in the Schedule hereto to be an Inebriates’ Home, to be known as the Rotoroa Island Inebriates’ Sanatorium, and hereby consequently revokes the Warrant dated the 15th day of December 1908 and published in the Gazette on the 23rd day of the same month at page 3294.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing two hundred and four acres (204 a.), more or less, situated in the Firth of Thames, being the island known as Taratoroa, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 753, folio 130, limited as to parcels, Auckland Land Registry.

That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 11th day of February 1960† which relates to Favona Road, Tui Street, Kaka Street, and Walmsley Road in Manukau County is hereby revoked.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*
