Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of
Ashburton
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Ferguson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
Borough of Ashburton as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 18th day of November 1963.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 36 perches situated in the
Borough of Ashburton, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lots
30, 32, 34, and 36, D.P. 56, being part Rural Section 4883;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 8762 (S.O. 10119) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 1st day of November 1963.

a Recreation Ground in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District,
Waitemata County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Ferguson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to part
Lot 73, D.P. 33106, to the fencing agreement contained in
memorandum of transfer No. 484982, North Auckland Land
Registry, for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chair-
man, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waite-
mata, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 18th day of November 1963.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Titirangi
Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan

the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

Bernard Edward Ferguson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, conve-
nience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of
November 1963.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Karioi Survey
District, Raglan County, described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 6689 (S.O. 40906) and deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
