TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Variation of Proposed District Town Planning Scheme
PUBLIC notice is given that, pursuant to section 22 of the
Town and Country Planning Act 1953, the proposed Glen
Eden District Town Planning Scheme will be varied by
deleting from the district town planning map thereof the
provision for an extension of the recreation reserve adjacent
to Croydon Road over portion of the adjoining part Allot-
ment 143, and the said portion of Allotment 143 shall
accordingly be zoned and shown on the said district map as
for residential uses.
Copies of the resolution making such variation, of the said
district town planning map, and of a locality map showing
such variation are deposited for public inspection at the
offices of the Glen Eden Borough Council, Valley Road, Glen
Eden, where they may be seen during ordinary office hours.
Objections are called for such variation, such objections

Council on or before the 5th day of February 1964.

Variation of Proposed Glen Eden Town Planning Scheme
PUBLIC notice is given that, pursuant to section 22 of the
Town and Country Planning Act 1953, the proposed Glen
Eden Town Planning Scheme is varied by inserting in the
code of ordinances thereof, after the provision therein for
Industrial C Zones, provision for Industrial S Zones in
respect of which the predominant uses of which shall be the
passage of traffic between lands zoned for industrial uses
and public streets for which there will be no conditional
uses and for which there will be no bulk and location require-
ments; and the said scheme is further varied by zoning all
that piece of land described as Lot 1, D.P. 24245, situate on
West Coast Road, Glen Eden, and owned by Raymond
Lester Bendall, as such an Industrial S Zone with the con-
sequent variation of the town planning map of the said
scheme.
Copies of the resolution making such variations, of the
code of ordinances, of the district town planning map, and of
a locality map showing the said land to be so zoned as Indus-
trial S are deposited for public inspection at the offices of the
Glen Eden Borough Council, Valley Road, Glen Eden.
Objections are called for the said variations, such objec-
tions to be lodged at the said offices of the Glen Eden
Borough Council on or before the 5th day of February 1964.

HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Change in Hastings City District
Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Hastings City Council made on the 25th day of July
1963, a change of the above district scheme has been recom-
mended for approval under the Town and Country Planning
Act 1953. The change relates to a rezoning of Lot 1 on
Deposited Plan 6895, situate in Alexandra Crescent, Hastings.
It is the intention of the Council to change the zoning of
this lot from "Residential A" to "Industrial A". The pro-
perty is owned at present by the Hastings Celtic Rugby
Football Club Incorporated.
Details of the change in the scheme have been deposited
in the office of the Council and in the Public Library in
Karamu Road South, Hastings, in accordance with section
22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection, without
fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the
above places are open to the public. Objections to the change
in the said scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing
on form E described in the First Schedule to the Town and
Country Planning Regulations 1960 and shall be lodged in
the office of the Council at any time not later than the 28th
day of December 1963.
At a later date every objection will be open for public
inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose
any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing
of the objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing
within the period of which public notice will be given.
