Crown Land or State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Proclamation dated the 8th day of August 1963 and published in the Gazette on the 22nd day of August 1963 at page 1193 declaring certain Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 and State housing land within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955 be amended by substituting for the description of land in the First Schedule hereto the description of land in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taumarunui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of November 1963.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be constructed in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, and Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, viz, a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 8775 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
