PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints
A member of the Manukau County Council representing the Pakuranga Riding appointed in that behalf by the County Council, ex-officio;
John William Built;
Robert Neil McVicar;
Lionel Gordon Talbot Nicholls;
William Scott Speight;
John Kennedy Stevenson;
Lancelot Douglas James Whatman;
Warwick Neville White; and
Colleen Rosemary Williams
to be the Pakuranga Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act as a public domain.

Change of the Name of the Sanatorium Hill Scenic Reserve and Appointment of Scenic Reserve Board
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto and known as the Sanatorium Hill Scenic Reserve shall hereafter be known as the Maungakawa Scenic Reserve and further appoints
The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the South Auckland Land District, ex-officio;
Three members of the Cambridge Borough Council, ex-officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Borough Council;
The member of the Waikato County Council representing the Tamahere Riding, ex-officio;
The member of the Waikato County Council representing the Cambridge Riding, ex-officio;
A representative of the Waikato Section of the Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society of New Zealand Incorporated, ex-officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Section;
A representative of the Waikato District Council of the Royal New Zealand Institute of Horticulture (Incorporated), ex-officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Council; and
A representative of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce (Incorporated), ex-officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Chamber
to be the Maungakawa Scenic Reserve Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act as a scenic reserve.
