Decisions made under the Customs Tariff of New Zealand in force prior to 1 July 1962 and extended by section 4 (2) of the Customs Acts Amendments Act 1961:

448(3) | Apparel— Belts— Strapping composed of strips of material, the edges of which have been folded under and cemented or sewn, declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making belts for apparel Delete: "declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making belts for apparel"
