Declaring Land Taken for a Maori School in Block XVI, Waimana Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school from and after the 29th day of October 1963.

Declaring Land Taken for a Post Office in the City of Auckland Subject to Certain Restrictions Contained in an Unregistered Agreement

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post office, subject to certain restrictions contained in an unregistered agreement dated 16 July 1963 and described in the Second Schedule hereto between Her Majesty the Queen and the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland; from and after the 29th day of October 1963.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 31·8 perches situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 6, D.P. 40140. Part certificate of title, Volume 1177, folio 56, North Auckland Land Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE

1. The Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland shall not be called upon to contribute towards the cost of erection or maintenance of any fence between the land described in the First Schedule hereto and any adjoining land the property of or occupied by the said Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, but this proviso shall not enure to the benefit of any subsequent purchaser of such adjoining land.

2. Her Majesty the Queen shall not erect any building within 16 ft of the common boundary between Lot 5, D.P. 40140, and Lot 6, D.P. 40140.
