Revoking in Part a Declaration Declaring Crown Land in the South Auckland Land District Set Apart for Railway Purposes, Subject to and Together with Certain Easements
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby revokes the declaration dated the 27th day of February 1963, and published in Gazette, No. 15, of that year, at page 302, declaring Crown land in the South Auckland Land District set apart for railway purposes, in so far as it affects the land containing 26.9 perches, being the land seventhly described in the Schedule thereto.
