  1. That the property at No. 237 Brougham Street owned by the applicant be used by the company to provide off-street parking facilities for the company's employees and landscaped to the satisfaction of the Council if at any time so required by the Council.

  2. That no subsequent extensions be permitted unless the zoning of the properties concerned is changed to allow such extensions.

SCHEDULE

(a) All that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch containing 25*4 perches, being Lot 3, D.P. 1197 (Canterbury Land Registry).

(b) All that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch containing 1 acre and 32.6 perches, being Lot 1, D.P. 8264, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 35 (Canterbury Land Registry), and known as 52 Garlands Road, and all that land containing 24 perches, being Lot 13, D.P. 8264, part R.S. 64, and the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 402, folio 67 (Canterbury Land Registry), and known as 54 Garlands Road.

(c) All that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch containing approximately 7,000 sq. ft., comprising parts of certificates of title, Volume 341, folio 35, Volume 466, folio 160 (Canterbury Land Registry).

(d) All that piece of land containing 16.4 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, being Lot 261, D.P. 2, and part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 64, folio 85 (Canterbury Land Registry).

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL

ST. MARY'S CHURCH (KARORI) BURIAL GROUND ACT 1963

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees proposes to apply for leave to bring into the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled during its present session a Private Bill the objects of which are to close the burial ground in the property of St. Mary's Church (Karori), to authorise extensions to that church across parts of the burial ground, the reinterment of remains in any graves thereby affected, the removal of headstones, monuments, and grave surrounds in the burial ground, the erection of a common memorial containing the names and dates of death of all persons buried in the burial ground, and the laying out of the area in drives, pathways, lawns, and gardens with ornamental trees and shrubs.

The promoter of this Private Bill is the Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees.

Communications or notices to the promoter may be sent to and a copy of the Bill may be inspected at the Diocesan Office, 18 Eccleston Hill, Wellington N. 1.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL

TELFORD FARM TRAINING INSTITUTE BILL

NOTICE is hereby given that Thomas McCristell, of Balclutha, farmer, the chairman of the Telford Farm Training Institute Committee, intends to apply to bring in a Bill intituled as above, the objects of which are to incorporate the Telford Farm Training Institute, and to declare the purposes of the said institute, and to vest in the said institute certain assets owned by Jane Telford, of Otanomomo, spinster, and the trustees of the wills dated respectively the 16th day of December 1946 and the 18th day of August 1947 of William Telford, of Otanomomo, farmer, deceased, and Doris Emmerson Telford, of Otanomomo, spinster, deceased, as tenants in common in equal shares, and to vary the trusts of the said wills and to provide for various incidental matters.

The Bill affects certain land known as the Otanomomo Estate situate in Blocks XII, XVII, XX, XXI, XXVI, XXVII, and XXXI, Clutha District, containing 1,616 acres and 16.4 poles, more or less, being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 119, folio 147, Volume 156, folio 135, Volume 197, folio 208, Volume 347, folio 56, Volume 383, folios 121 and 122, Volume 400, folio 236 (Otago Lands Registry), and an undivided moiety of part Section 1, Block XXVII, Clutha District, containing 26 acres 1 rood, being the balance of the land in certificate of title, Volume 61, folio 94 (Otago Lands Registry).

The promoter of the said Bill is the said Thomas McCristell and his address, to which communications or notices to him as promoter may be sent, is care of Messrs Cook, Allan, and Cook, Solicitors, 29 Crawford Street, Dunedin.
