HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 25th day of January 1955, published in Gazette, 27 January 1955, Vol. I, page 62, and registered as No. 2387, Wellington Land Registry, declaring access ways to be vested in the Corporation of the City of Palmerston North and to be under the control and management of the Palmerston North City Council, in so far as it affects the access way secondly described in the Schedule thereto; and hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North and be under the control and management of the Palmerston North City Council.

Warrant Appointing Conciliation Commissioner Under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint

to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes of the said Act; appointment to date from the 1st day of October 1963.

Revocation of Warrant Vesting Control of the Fairfield Bridge Over the Waikato River Near Hamilton (Together With the Approaches Thereto) in the Waikato County Council and Apportioning the Cost of Maintenance

WHEREAS by Warrant dated 28 January 1939, published in Gazette, 2 February 1939, No. 5, page 130, it was directed that the Fairfield Bridge (and the approaches thereto) should be under the exclusive care, control, and management of the Waikato County Council and further provided that the cost of maintenance thereof should be borne by the said County Council, the Hamilton Borough Council, and the Waipa County Council in the proportion therein mentioned:
And whereas the said bridge is now within the boundaries of the City of Hamilton:
And whereas the Hamilton City Council has agreed to accept the care, control, and management of the said bridge (and approaches) as from 1 April 1963 and to the revocation of the said Warrant:
And whereas the National Roads Board has recommended that the Warrant be revoked:
Now therefore, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, do hereby revoke the said Warrant dated 28 January 1939, with effect from 1 April 1963.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 27th day of September 1963.
